I started applying the methods Neil taught through his training systems after doing my own thing, making very slow initial progress and enduring much frustration for many years.

I am tall and was very skinny at the time and just could not obtain the muscle breakthroughs that I fantasized about.

Everything changed once I learned to drop my ego and prepared myself to be a learner and allow the coaching process to unfold.

Neil's approach to training created direction, structure and showed me how to apply good form, controlled aggression and discipline all at the same time, which ultimately produced the physical results I so desired.

2 years ago I sat in a hotel room whilst on a business trip to Cape Town and realized how unhappy I was with the way I looked and felt.  I was 10 kg heavier than what I should have been and decided to spend the rest of the evening searching for a personal trainer online and not partying with my colleagues as would normally have been the case.

The rest, as they say is history.
 
I am and always have been quite self conscious. Neil however was very reassuring but straightforward and there was no mistaking that I would have to play my part to reach my training goals. I started with this training system the same week, determined and committed to be a leaner, stronger, fitter me.
 
Over the next 18 months, I trained 4 times per week and I not only lost 10 kg (in the first 8 months) but toned in places I never knew I had. My gym vocabulary grew exponentially and learning the tools of the trade made it easier to perform the routines. I was very vocal about what I liked and didn’t like doing in the gym, sometimes refusing to do certain exercises that were out of my comfort zone. Once I could do them though, I felt like a superhero and learned so much about fitness during each individual session.

Although I still have not mastered it, I started applying myself to the value and practice of eating right, managing my social activities and trying my hardest to keep my diet clean.

I successfully reached a point where gym and training became part of my lifestyle and daily routine. I never thought I would see the day where I would get up on a Saturday and Sunday morning and make gym my first priority - that was previously reserved for a lie in and a good book.
 
Each training session became easier with the help of his training videos, rep, set and weight guides. I especially liked the daily and weekly messages about how to stay focused and review my weekly activities, all of which I received via email. 

I realized that this type of training required new levels of personal priority, discipline and dedication which requires constant mental and personal power techniques of self discussion and assurance. 
 
I would highly recommend his program to all those interested in weight loss, toning, building muscle or just overall fitness. It is easy to follow, well balanced, allows you to train in your own time but provides structure and guidance. You won’t regret it!
