TELL US ABOUT SOME OF YOUR PHYSICAL or SPORTING ACHIEVEMENTS?

I had a strong sporting inclination from a young age. I starting playing primary school league soccer at under 7 level and was a prolific goal scorer. This continued throughout both primary and high school.

At high school, I started playing cricket and quickly discovered that no matter which sport I had a strong interest in, I was able to perform at a high level.

Towards the end of high school, I went through a typical young man's ego phase of wanting a better body and more muscle.

I quickly joined the local gym, where the owner saw my intense nature and showed me the ropes for structured training and adding muscle to my frame.

With his guidance (thanks Johan) I started competing in local and regional bodybuilding competitions at junior level and was winning straight away. Within 2 years of training, i was already competing and winning at provincial level.

Within 3 - 4 years I was a senior heavyweight multiple provincial champion and national competitor. (thanks to Bill, Dave, Vic, Dennis, Gordon, Tony and the awesome bodybuilding community we had back in those days) and also thanks to former Mr Olympia Samir Bannout who was my physique idol without knowing it.

I retired in my early thirties after 15 years of competition, feeling totally satisfied with my personal and competitive sporting achievements.

And let me not forget. From the age of 30 - 35, I was part of a successful karting team and once again, I was seriously competitive.

Yes you read right (Go Kart Racing) that was even more fun than bodybuilding.

WHEN DID YOU FORMULATE and LAUNCH THIS PROGRAM?

I spent the entire year of 2015 getting the program absolutely perfect - I launched it internationally during 2016.

PROVIDE A BRIEF EXPLANATION OF YOUR ONLINE TRAINING COURSE !

I like to call it the 4 STEP | FAT BUSTING | MUSCLE TONING - Online Personal Training System.

It is designed to simulate the 1 on 1 personal training experience, by taking a client from a sedentary lifestyle through beginner, intermediate, intermediate plus and on to advanced levels of training and conditioning.

It also does not matter whether you are male or female, young or old, where on planet earth you live or which gym you train at - all human beings have the same musculature which responds to the same stimuli.

HOW DO I KNOW IF IT's FOR ME?

Ask yourself a few questions.

First off, a budget question. You get 6 months of coaching on this program for FREE, need I say more or do you need to go and check what it would cost you in time and money for 1 on 1 training at your local gym.

Secondly, at some point in the future, if you are going to get into shape or stay in shape, only you can do it for yourself - nobody else. This program encourages independence.

And lastly, if you need flexibility in your life (who doesn't) then this program is for you. As long as you stick within the recommended program structure, you can train wherever you like and whenever you like.

Personally I think that is a win | win.

WHAT IF I HAVE HEALTH ISSUES or PHYSICAL AILMENTS?

There is a good chance that every single human being on earth has some limitation - I also have them.

The program starts off super slow and builds up progressively over the duration.

I recommend that you contact me personally to assess your situation, to point you in the right direction in terms of replacement exercises or adjusting the intensity of the program.

WHAT ABOUT HEALTH RISKS?

That too, there is always risk involved with exercise and physical exertion, without exception.

Conversely, there is always risk involved by doing no exercise or not exerting yourself physically too.

First things first, as I do. Know exactly what your cholesterol levels are at all times, know exactly what your blood pressure is at all times, go for your biannual blood tests and get a doctor's opinion on your health status, especially if you are in doubt.

You are ultimately responsible for your own health, not your medical insurance or your spouse or your personal trainer.

YES, BUT WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY THAT SERIOUSLY RESTRICTS MY MOVEMENT or AN EXERCISE CAUSES PAIN?

Then please to contact me personally - I am happy to point you in the right direction.

DO I NEED TO BE A GYM MEMBER?

In some format, yes. You will be needing the tools of the trade.

Oh and bye the way - This whole thing about being intimidated by people in a gym environment. It is only perception, the majority of people including the brutes with big bulging muscles will only be too happy to help you, that's often what they live for. You might be surprised by the response you get.

WILL I NEED A SMART DEVICE?

Yes, absolutely. This program thrives on video instruction. You need to get down to the local gym with your pad or phone - you will also need to be connected to the internet - the program is web based.

Also, know where you are at all times with sequencing and that you have the right program for the week's training.

Watch the video's over and over until you master them. Pay close attention to the exercise form, keep it strict and reap the benefits.

CAN YOU EXPLAIN HOW I WILL RECEIVE THE INFORMATION and HOW TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS?

Yes indeed, this is very important.

First things first. You need to be a good manager of your email inbox. I suggest from the outset that you create a folder called PERSONAL TRAINING.

You will receive explicit email messages on a daily and or weekly basis over the 6 month period.

The full course is broken up into 4 STEPS or 4 PROGRAMS with a 2 week break in between each program.

Each week starts on a Monday and ends on a Sunday and you will be training on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays - every week.

Get into rhythm.

Try your absolute best to stay in stride and if you are out of sequence, drag your email messages into your TRAINING folder so you can wait until you are back in day sequence.

Say for example you miss an entire week for some reason, just drag and drop your emails into your folder, wait for the next day sequence and continue.

Always use Mondays as your North Star.

This takes discipline and sacrifice to stay with it. This is what getting results is all about - sacrificing, saying no and staying focused.

ANY OTHER RECOMMENDATIONS?

Yes, i cannot overemphasize enough for you to keep an eye on your email inbox on a daily basis and to thoroughly read through instructions as well as the other reference material i send you.

This is seriously comprehensive folks, mark my words, it takes concentration and some reading time too.
